International Passive Migrants: Unemployment Poverty and Accessibility to Health Care in Developing Countries

Abstract

Nowadays in anywhere of developing countries, there are some international migration moves across borderlines. The purpose of active migrants is seeking for job opportunities. The main determinant of migration is poverty. There are not many persons move alone. It is a whole family move. There are not only those who were active migrants, but also family members who are passive migrants.  Passive migrants are persons who move accompanied with active migrants. They are women, young children, and elder person. This people are always having some problems and troubles when they are at the place of destination. There are no job and also no shelter waiting for them. Sometimes they have to face with some adjustment, adaptation, and integration to new environment. Many of them could not access to health care services. There should be some of job training, and health care facility preparing for this person.
