Organizational Network Analysis of The Mekong Basin Disease Surveillance (MBDS) Network

Objectives : 

1) Iearning from the experience of Disease Surveillance Networks (DSN) investments in the lvlekong Region to inform the work and strategy of the Foundation, its grantees and the broader field of disease surveillance.  More specifically the Evaluation wili inform future directions and strategies for current areas of Foundation Initiative work particularly in Asia as well as highlight potential new areas of work and strategy.

2) Accountability to the Board of Trustees, staff and Foundation stakeholderfs for the Disease Surveillance Networks funds spent in the Mekong Region.
