วัตถุประสงค์:
1. Identify problems related to census's data quality assurance, and recommend remedial solutions to eliminate or correct errors, or clarify analysis
2. Analyze data quality in relation to key internal and external factors affecting census data quality (such as financial aspects, interviewer qualifications, census campaign)
3. Produce a set of brief reports on key issues based on the census field observation.
