วัตถุประสงค์:
- To provide baseline data according to the methodology for measuring the effectiveness of advocacy to improve equality of mainstream social services at local and national level for the disadvantages and excluded population
- To provide baseline data for assessing the process made towards strengthening governance,public policies related to migrant rights are strengthened
- To provide baseline data assessing the effectiveness of CBOs voices that advocating for migrant rights especially for their childrens birth registration and right to basic social services
