วัตถุประสงค์:
Connecting to the other two components, the Baseline Survey will have the following objectives as follow:
1. To better understand the current HIV, and related valnerability and behavior of the program impact group (migrant workers) through a KAP survey
2. To establish baseline values of indicators of intended outcomes against which future measurements can be made, including the project endline survey
3. To support programmatic decision making.
