November 30-December 2, 2022 “Survey on food consumption, food security and food literacy in Thai population” by Institute for Population and Social Research Mahidol University organized The 1st training for developing the potential of partners of the food plan for the health of the Thai Health Promotion Foundation, Nonthaburi Province at Mida Ngamwongwan Hotel, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Sirinya Phulkerd, project leader. Along with project advisors, namely Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rossarin Gray, Prof. Dr. Umaporn Pattaravanich, and Dr. Saranya Sucharitakul. The objective is to educate partners on using food consumption assessment tools, food security, and food knowledge and practice data collection skills with this tool, including preliminary data analysis, interpretation, and presentation of results.
