Each province’s working group consisted of individuals responsible for the project from the Statistics Office, academic teams, and other related agencies.

During the meeting, analysis and strategies were discussed regarding the use of the basic life skills survey report at the provincial level. The objective was to present a policy analysis framework for assessing and surveying the skills and readiness of youth and the working-age population at both national and provincial levels. This involved exchanging case studies and examples from abroad in policy analysis for developing basic life skills (Foundational Skills) and creating strategies for surveying at the provincial level according to international standard qualifications. Mr. Koji Miyamoto, Senior Economist for the Global Practice, and a working group from the World Bank were involved in preparing operations to achieve goals and ensure consistency with the context of each province.
