On April 22, 2024, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chalermpol Chamchan, Director of the Population and Social Research Institute, Mahidol University, delivered the opening speech for the 2024 short course training on ‘Qualitative Data Analysis,’ held from April 22nd to 25th, 2024, in a hybrid format. The objective of the training is to provide participants with knowledge of qualitative research methods, teaching them the principles of qualitative data analysis and how to accurately and reliably analyze data.
The training was graced by Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimonpan Isarabhakdi and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kanchana Tangchonlatip as lecturers. They provided knowledge to 14 trainees, including administrators, professors, and students from various institutions such as the Faculty of Management Science at Kasetsart University Sriracha Campus, Kasetsart University Sriracha Campus, Chiang Mai University, Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep, Rajamangala University of Technology Tawan-Ok, Chakrabongse Bhuvanarth Area, Ramkhamhaeng University, Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University, Chulabhorn Royal College, Srisavarindira Institute of Nursing (Thai Red Cross Society), and Nakhon Pathom Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office. The event took place at Rachawadee Room (Room 326), Institute for Population and Social Research, Mahidol University, and was also conducted online through the Zoom Meeting program.
