Training Project to Develop the Potential of University Teachers in Teaching and Learning Management, Level 1 (MU-ADP#4)

From March 25 to March 29, 2024, Dr. Nongnuch Jindarattanaporn from the Institute for Population and Social Research at Mahidol University participated in a training program aimed at developing the potential of university teachers in teaching and learning management. The program, Level 1 (MU-ADP#4), was held at the Mahidol Siddhakarn Conference Center, Mahidol University, Salaya, Nakhon Pathom Province. This project was organized to raise awareness among teachers about their roles and responsibilities, ensuring that the teaching and learning process is organized systematically and appropriately for diverse groups of learners. The initiative aims to enhance the quality of education in accordance with the Mahidol University Teacher Quality Standards (Mahidol University Professional Standards Framework: MUPSF). Additionally, the project provides teachers with opportunities for collaborative learning experiences and brainstorming ideas about teaching and learning arrangements. It also seeks to establish a network of teachers for future collaboration.
