IPSR Director Assoc. Prof. Rossarin Gray and the administrative team welcomed and held the meeting with Prof. Sergei V. Ryazantsev, Director of Institute of Social-Politic Research of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Russia. This meeting at IPSR was aimed to build future collaborations on graduate programs, training and research.
