On Friday, December 23, 2022, Associate Professor Dr. Piyawat Katewongsa, Director of the Thailand Physical Activity Knowledge Development Center, Institute for Population and Social Research, Mahidol University in collaboration with the Thai Health Promotion Foundation was invited to be a speaker in a public talk. “Disease burden and disease burden from risk factors of the Thai people: pointing out problems, keeping an eye on trends, and identifying important measures to reduce Thai people’s illnesses, disabilities, and deaths” under the topic “Keep an eye out! Non-communicable disease risk factors threats to health: physical activity, obesity, sugar, blood pressure, impaired renal function and obesity” together with Prof. Dr. Wichai Ekkapalakorn, Faculty of Medicine, Ramathibodi Hospital, Dr. Kamnuan Ungchusak, Advisor to the Department of Disease Control in Epidemiology and Ms. Kulthida Rassiri, International Health Policy Development Office was a moderator.
