Abstract

On 30 July 2016, the presenter was approached by the head of mortality section, United Nations Population Division in order to share experiences on dual-registration validation studies in Thailand (Vapattanawong, P. and P. Prasartkul. 2011. "Under-registration of deaths in Thailand in 2005-2006: results of cross-matching data from two sources." Bull World Health Organ 89 (11): 806-812) in the UN Expert Group Meeting (UN-EGM) held on 3-4 November 2016. She did not hesitate to accept that approach.
 
In this Wednesday Seminar, the presenter will present the matters received from that meeting. The instructors, researchers, students, or anyone, you are all welcome.
