IPSR held “IPSR Songkran 2019” to celebrate the Songkran Festival at the ground floor of IPSR. There were many Thai traditional activities such as the bathing rites of the Buddha image (Song Nam Phra), pouring of sacred water on the hands of IPSR Director, Assoc. Prof. Rossarin Gray, former directors and other executives (Rod Nam Dam Hua) and receiving the Thai New Year’s Eve blessing from them.
