IPSR Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rossarin Gray gave the opening speech on International Summer School Program "Does Climate Change Move You: Understanding the linkages of migration and climate change and the concepts, methods, and policies behind them". The International Summer School Program was organized by Dr. Teeranong Sakulsri (IPSR, Mahidol University) and Mr. Harald Sterly (Bonn University). The event was held at room Srabua, IPSR.
