On April 29, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., the Population and Social Research Institute at Mahidol University organized a lecture on ‘Preparation for Entering Higher Positions of Support Personnel.’ The event was honored by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chalermpol Chamchan, the director of the institute, who delivered an opening speech and welcomed the team of speakers from the Institute of Molecular Biosciences, including Ms. Natthanit Srimaserm, Policy and Planning Analyst / Assistant Director of the Human Resources Department / Institutional Secretary. They participated in the discussion on the topic ‘Experience in Applying for a Higher Position and Techniques for Performing Work.’
Additionally, a team of speakers from IPSR, including Ms. Kamolchanok Khamsuwan, a researcher (Special Expert); Ms. Kanya Apipornchaisakul, a Researcher (Expert); and Acting Lieutenant Niphon Darawuttimaprakorn, a Researcher (Special Expert), joined the discussion on the topic ‘Problems in Conducting R2R Through Experience.’ Mr. Pasakorn Boonkhum, a Policy and Planning Analyst (Special Expert), also participated in the discussion on the topic ‘Using ONE-SHEET R2R OUTLINE in Analytical Work.’ The event took place at Sa Bua Room (109), Institute for Population and Social Research, Mahidol University.
