On March 11-12, 2024, the Institute for Population and Social Research at Mahidol University, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sirinya Phulkerd, project leader, along with a research team, organized a training session to develop the potential of partners in the Healthy Food Plan of the Thai Health Promotion Foundation in Area No. 6, Ayutthaya Province. The training took place at Chanmai Resort and aimed to provide partners with skills in using food consumption assessment tools, understanding food security and food knowledge, and practicing real data collection using these tools.
