TPAK is in discussions with the local Ubon Ratchathani Province regarding the guidelines for organizing cooperation in the role of being a supporter and coordinating operations to promote physical activity in early childhood

On February 2, 2024, the Thailand Physical Activity Knowledge Development Center (TPAK), Institute for Population and Social Research, Mahidol University, led by Associate Professor Dr. Piyawat Katewongsa, Director of TPAK, met with Mr. Samniang Simmawan, a local resident of Ubon Ratchathani Province. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss guidelines for organizing cooperation in the role of being a supporter and to coordinate efforts to promote physical activity in early childhood. The collaboration aims to drive operations for the advancement of early childhood development centers in Ubon Ratchathani Province, promoting both physical activity and intellectual development in young children. The ultimate goal is to establish the region as a model area for promoting early childhood health. This initiative reflects TPAK’s commitment to fostering early childhood development and well-being.
