The project, ‘Comprehensive Development of the Quality of Life of Thai Elderly by Local Government Organizations,’ led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sureeporn Punpuing, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sutthida Chuanwan, and the research team at the Institute for Population and Social Research, Mahidol University, organized a World Café meeting to draw lessons from the project on November 7, 2023. The event was honored by the presence of Prof. Emeritus Dr. Pramote Prasartkul, the project advisor, who delivered a welcome speech.
The meeting was attended by 45 individuals. This meeting aimed to summarize the research results in three areas: Kanchanaburi Municipality, Mahasawat Subdistrict Administrative Organization, and Ngiu Rai Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Administrators, officials, and members of the Elderly Club and Elderly School from these departments participated in the meeting held at Mida Grand Hotel, Nakhon Pathom.
