Training to Develop the Potential of Partners in the Healthy Food Plan of the Thai Health Promotion Foundation, Area No. 5, Songkhla Province

From October 11 to October 13, 2023, the “Project to Study the Food Consumption Situation, Food Security, and Food Knowledge of the Thai Population,” organized by the Institute for Population and Social Research at Mahidol University, conducted training to enhance the potential of partners involved in the Healthy Food Plan of the Thai Health Promotion Foundation in Area No. 5, Songkhla Province. The training took place at the Crystal Hat Yai Hotel and was led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sirinya Phulkerd, the project leader, in collaboration with Mr. Niphon Darawuttimaprakorn and the research team.

The primary objective of this training was to provide partners with knowledge and skills related to the use of dietary assessment tools, food security, food knowledge, practical data collection, preliminary data analysis, interpretation of results, and presentation of findings.
