IPSR held the ceremony on its 43rd Anniversary, with rituals and scholarship presentation to students from seven schools in Puttamonthon District in the morning and then activities in the afternoon such as IPSR students’ performance, the Happy Green Day and Creative Recycling D.I.Y.
