On July 2, 2024, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Manasigan Kanchanachitra, Deputy Director of Academic Affairs at the Institute for Population and Social Research, Mahidol University, was a speaker on the topic of “Promoting Work-Life Balance and Family Life” at the 2024 National Family Assembly. The event, held under the theme “The Power to Create a Family-Friendly Environment: Empowering Working-Age People with Family Care Systems,” was organized by the Department of Women’s Affairs and Family Institute from July 1-3, 2024. The objectives were to open a forum for exchanging knowledge, listening to opinions, providing suggestions, and outlining guidelines for creative family operations between families and representatives from all sectors. The event aimed to compile a summary of family policy proposals for 2024 at the Prince Palace Hotel in Bangkok.
