On February 2, 2024, the Institute for Population and Social Research at Mahidol University, led by the Human Resources and General Administration Division, organized a training workshop titled ‘Making an Individual Development Plan (IDP)’ for personnel in the Office of the Director. The purpose was to enhance knowledge and understanding in creating plans to develop one’s own operations for increased efficiency. We were honored to have Global Talent, the institute’s support line, represented by Ms. Orawan Khamdee and Ms. Warawan Thapanatammachai, who shared their experiences in creating IDP plans. The workshop took place in the Rachawadee Room (326), 3rd floor of the institute.
