On September 26, 2023, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., the Happy University team, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sirinan Kittisuksathit, Director of the Thailand Worker Happiness Research Center, Asst. Prof. Dr. Nucharaporn Liangruenrom, the Project Leader, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Charamporn Holamyong, Deputy Director of the Planning and Quality Assurance, along with the project working group, organized a knowledge development session focused on happiness at work. This session was part of the “Advanced Routine to Happiness (AR2H)” course on knowledge management at Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University’s University Academic Center for Happiness and Sustainable Health Promotion Project. The event featured opening speeches by Mr. Wirat Nitipitakchon, Director of the Human Resources Division at Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Phanompatt Smitananda, Vice President for Human Resources, Research, and General Administration at Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University. The session took place in Meeting Room 104 of the Pittayapat Building at Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University.
The primary aim of this activity was to provide knowledge to all university personnel and representatives of health leaders, enabling them to further enhance their happiness within the university.
