The project results of SUNRISE-THAILAND were presented as part of the collaboration between Mahidol University, Thailand, and the University of Wollongong, Australia, in conjunction with the network of 14 countries.

On June 14, 2023, Dr. Dyah Anantalia Widyastari, a lecturer at the Institute for Population and Social Research, Mahidol University, presented the experiences and results of data collection and the field practice project SUNRISE-THAILAND. This project is a collaboration between Mahidol University and the University of Wollongong, Australia. Dr. Widyastari had the honor of being a guest speaker at the ISBNPA CONFERENCE meeting held at Uppsala University Biomedical Center. The meeting was attended by researchers from the Thailand Physical Activity Knowledge Development Center (TPAK) and the Institute for Population and Social Research. During the meeting, presentations were given by representatives from three countries: Thailand, Spain, and Japan. Thailand was recognized as the first and only country to successfully complete the main phase of the study and introduce the methodology as a model for other countries.
