On May 9, 2023, at 2:00 p.m., the Institute for Population and Social Research at Mahidol University welcomed a study visit group of 50 people from the fields of Sociology and Anthropology, from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Khon Kaen University. The visit was led by Associate Professor Dr. Manasigan Kanchanachitra, the Deputy Director for Academic Affairs, who introduced the institute. During the visit, Associate Professor Dr. Sutthida Chuanwan participated in a discussion on the topic of “Access to the social service system of the population in pre-elderly households and the elderly with different living styles to lead to appropriate support guidelines”, Assistant Professor Dr. Dusita Phuengsamran presented on “Cognitive testing of sexual behavior survey”, and Ms. Nattaporn Nilwatta, a project researcher at the Thailand Physical Activity Knowledge Development Center (TPAK), spoke on the topic of “Policy to promote physical activity by age”.
