On Monday, April 10, 2023, the research team from the Institute for Population and Social Research Mahidol University, led by Prof. Dr. Burathep Choktananukul, along with Mr. Panya Chulert and Mr. Narakorn Wongsing, were the main speakers who introduced the details of change evaluation approaches to learners to organizee activities to help attendees of the community-based vocational skills development project (including new projects, extension projects, and expansions) and learning management projects for youth outside the formal education system to understand and practice using the change evaluation form. This project was supported by the Equitable Education Fund.
