February 4-6, 2023, “Survey on food consumption, food security and food literacy in Thai population” Project, Institute for Population and Social Research, Mahidol University organized a training to develop the potential of networks of the food plan for the health of Thai Health Promotion Foundation, Area 1, Uttaradit Province, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Sirinya Phulkerd (Head of the project), along with Prof. Emeritus Dr. Aphichat Chamratrithirong, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rossarin Gray, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Umaporn Pattaravanich, Dr. Saranya Sucharitakul (project consultant) and the research team. This training’s objective is to educate partners on the use of food consumption assessment tools, food security and food knowledge and practice data collection skills with this tool , including preliminary data analysis, interpretation and presentation of results at Seeharaj Hotel, Uttaradit Province.
