Associate Professor Dr. Suchada Thaweesit, Deputy Director for Research, Finance, and Procurement, Institute for Population and Social Research, Mahidol University attended the opening of the Training and Rehabilitation Center for Thai and Migrant Labor (L-TRec) by the Labour Rights Promotion Network Foundation (LPN) together with the Japanese Ambassador to Thailand. LPN House is a rehabilitation and training center for people suffering from labor problems. It is a place of rest, rehabilitation, and primary healing, forward those in trouble and including being a center for labor complaints under the Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Projects (GGP) by The Government of Japan. In this event Honored by H.E Mr. Nashida Kazuya The Japanese Ambassador to Thailand and Professor Surichai Wankaew, Chairman of the LPN Foundation, presided over the opening ceremony at LPN House, Khu Bang Luang Subdistrict, Lad Lum Kaeo District, Pathum Thani Province.
