Professor Churnrurtai Kanchanachitra and team organised “Writing Workshop on Population Ageing Research in ASEAN”, sponsored by Mahidol-Norway Capacity Building Initiative for ASEAN (CBIA) and IHPP which will be held from 2-6 October 2017, room 109, IPSR. The purpose is to develop the potential of researchers to write scholar articles for publication in international journals.
IPSR Director Assoc. Prof. Rossarin Gray gave the welcome speech. IPSR was honored by World Class Editor, Dr. William Summerskill, Senior Executive Editor of the Lancet, Dr. Viroj Tangcharoensathien, senior advisor to International Health Policy Program, Assistant Professor Songphan Choemprayong, Ph.D. from Chulalongkorn University and Associate Professor Sudarat Musikawong, IPSR, Mahidol University to be the guest speakers.
There were 16 selected participants from 8 countries: China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and Thailand. The event was held at Srabua Room (109), IPSR.
