IPSR Director Assoc. Prof. Rossarin Gray and the administrative team welcomed Knowledge Network Institute Of Thailand along with executives from 9 universities under "Faculty Governance Program". They observed management, teaching, training and research and also visited IPSR library. The event was held at IPSR.
