Deputy Director Asst. Prof. Chalermpol Chamchan and Assistant to Director Ms. Saowapak Suksinchai gave a warm welcome to visitors from Hokkaido University, Japan, led by Prof. Hiko Tamashiro from Department of Global Health Epidemiology, Graduate School of Medicine, on their visit to Thailand and IPSR under the “Mahidol-Hokkaido Short-term Special Program. This was a joint academic initiative between Mahidol University and Hokkaido University’s Division of International Academic Programs, Office of International Affairs, aimed for academic networking, and exchange and share of knowledge about population, public health, society and culture of Thailand.
