Assistant Professor Bhubate Samutchak took lecturers and students from Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (MGIMO University), and the Institute of Social-Politic Research of the Russian Academy of Sciences (ISPR RAS) to United Nations in Bangkok. Special lecture was given by Associate Professor Wassana Im-Em, UNFPA Assistant Representative and Dr.Yanhong Zhang, Director of Statistics Division, ESCAP, United Nations, Bangkok.
