Abstract
The speaker has been an IPSR’s member since being a Ph.D. student in 1998. That was the first year she knew this seminar. Two years later (in 2000), she had a chance to present her first in-house seminar. It was not at all a concept paper presentation. From that year til date, 17 years, all of her in-house seminars counted 35 times (twice a year by average).
