วัตถุประสงค์:
The perpose of this assignment is to do an eveluation research on the performance of the Local Capacity Building Programme, with any evidence-based progress report of local authorities in the six tsunami affected provinces, in their local planning and actions for results for children. This includes the revision of their performance on local planning, budgeting and monitoring of results for children, in terms of success, failure, lessons learned and good practices.
