The Institute for Population and Social Research (IPSR) received the Second Runner-up Award in the “Sustainable Garden Space” category (for previously submitted garden areas) from the Beautiful Corner Garden Contest, 10th Year, organized by the Division of Physical Systems and Environment, Mahidol University.
The contest aims to promote environmental sustainability within the university and encourage active participation of all faculties and institutes in improving their landscape to align with the university’s sustainability policies.
The judging committee announced the results on September 5, 2025, as follows:
1.Newly Developed Garden Spaces
- 1st Prize: Siriraj Hospital, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital
- 1st Runner-up: Student Dormitory Division, Student Affairs
- 2nd Runner-up: Faculty of Engineering
- 3rd Runner-up: Faculty of Physical Therapy
- Consolation Prizes (8 awards): Faculty of Pharmacy, National Laboratory Animal Center, International Demonstration School, Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Chakri Naruebodindra Medical Institute, Faculty of Environment and Resource Studies, and Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities
2.Sustainable Garden Spaces (Previously Submitted Gardens)
- 1st Prize: Faculty of Tropical Medicine
- 1st Runner-up: National Laboratory Animal Center
- 2nd Runner-up: Institute for Population and Social Research (IPSR)
