Dr. Rungrat Palakai, alumni of the Doctor of Philosophy in Population and Social Research (Thai Program), received the Distinguished Thesis Award for the thesis titled “The projection of effectiveness of the offer help to quit tobacco use policy on disability adjusted life years of the Thai population,” supervised by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Piyawat Katewongsa.
