Assoc. Prof. Orathai Ard-am proposed the idea of “Citizen’s Assembly” in the Working Group Meeting on Political Reform on September 17, 2014. The proposed assembly was to provide solutions to problems to the government as well as to connect collaborations among the legislation, the government and local administrative bodies. As proposed in the same meeting, people from grassroot level would be involved more.
