On February 5, 2026, Associate Professor Dr. Chalermpol Chamchan, Director of the Institute for Population and Social Research, Mahidol University, presided over the opening of the In-House Training No. 1 under the theme “Workshop on Work Process and Flowchart Design” for support staff. The training aimed to review, refine, and enhance work processes to ensure conciseness, systematic structure, and alignment with contemporary contextual changes, thereby improving overall organizational performance.
On this occasion, Associate Professor Dr. Sutthida Chuanwan, Deputy Director for General Administration; Ms. Suporn Jaratsit, Assistant to the Director; and Mr. Pasakorn Boonkhum, Plan and Policy Analyst (Expert Level), served as resource persons sharing knowledge and professional experiences. The event was further enriched by constructive guidance and recommendations from the executive team, including Associate Professor Dr. Jongjit Rittirong, Deputy Director for Research; Assistant Professor Dr. Nucharapon Liangruenrom, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs; and Assistant Professor Dr. Dusita Phuengsamran, Deputy Director for International Relations and Organization Communication.
The session was moderated and facilitated through interactive Q&A activities by Mr. Pannawat Thuenklin, Human Resource Officer, Human Resource and General Administration Unit. The training was held at Srabua Room (109), 1st Floor, IPSR, Mahidol University.
