The Institute for Population and Social Research (IPSR), Mahidol University, together with the administrative board, faculty members, and staff welcomed Professor Kara Hanson, Professor at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, together with Associate Professor Dr. Sitaporn Youngkong, Deputy Dean for Global Partnerships and Corporate Communication, Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University, on 19 January, from 2.00 to 4.00 PM, at Meeting Room 109 (Srabua Room), Institute for Population and Social Research, Mahidol University (Salaya Campus), for an academic visit and discussion.
This visit provided a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas on Health Technology Assessment (HTA), digital health, and artificial intelligence (AI) research, as well as to explore potential future collaboration with IPSR and partner institutions. Professor Kara Hanson’s expertise and experience will greatly enrich IPSR’s interdisciplinary and policy-relevant research discussions.
