On October 30, 2025, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sirinan Kittisuksathit, Director of the Thailand Center for Happy Worker Studies (TCHS), IPSR, Mahidol University, chaired the committee meeting for the selection of the “Happy Organization Model of the Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA)” 2025, held in the Tantawan Room (403) at IPSR and via Zoom.
The meeting was presided over by Prof. Dr. Yodchanan Wongsawat, Vice President for Research, Mahidol University, with Maj. Gen. Sathaporn Krasaesan, Assistant Adjutant General, Office of the Permanent Secretary for Defence, serving as Vice Chair. Committee members included representatives from academia, government, and the private sector, such as:
- Mr. Chatchaphon Boontem, Human Resource and Organizational Development Manager, Thai President Foods PCL.
- Mr. Piyatat Thiansuwan, Chairman, Smart Training Co., Ltd.
- Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chalermpol Chamchan, Director, IPSR.
- Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sirinan Kittisuksathit, IPSR.
- Ms. Patjanan Siriratmongkhon, IPSR (Committee Secretary).
The objective of the meeting was to deliberate and provide recommendations on the selection of exemplary “Happy Organization Model Units” and to support the continuous and sustainable development of the MEA Happiness Project.
