From April 1 to October 31, 2025, the Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA), led by Mrs. Kanittha Suangbooranakul, Director of the Medical Division, collaborated with the Institute for Population and Social Research, Mahidol University, under the leadership of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chalermpol Chamchan, to implement a series of academic service activities. These activities included both in-person and online workshops, as well as the development of professional well-being promoters.
Key components included training in the FSC (Future Search Conference) process, knowledge extraction and data analysis workshops, and the design and selection of model units. These efforts aimed to support MEA’s strategic goals of enhancing personnel capabilities to adapt to change (People Transformation) by fostering human capital development and cultivating a flexible organizational culture.
The initiative was designed to develop multi-skilled employees, contributing to MEA’s vision of becoming a “Smart MEA”, an organization of well-being and sustainability. The program also aligns with the Institute’s mission to provide academic services, education, and training for human resource development, contributing to the strength and sustainability of families, organizations, society, and the nation.
Over the project period (April 1 – October 31, 2025), six Academic Services Agreements were implemented:
1. Professional Well-being Promoter Training Workshop, Topic: “T2T: Building Professional Well-being Promoters for a Happy MEA”
2. FSC Process Workshop for Lesson Extraction (Phase 1), Topic: “FSC Process for Lesson Extraction: A Happy MEA”, 20 units in Phloen Chit, Minburi, Lat Krabang, Bang Phli, and Bang Na
3. FSC Process Workshop for Lesson Extraction (Phase 2), Topic: “FSC Process for Lesson Extraction: A Happy MEA”, 20 units in Wat Liab, Samsen, Nonthaburi, Bang Yai, Bang Phut, Thonburi, Bang Khun Thian, Nuan Chan, Bang Kapi, and Bang Khen
4. FSC Process Workshop for Lesson Extraction (Phase 3), Topic: “FSC Process for Lesson Extraction: A Happy MEA”, 15 units in Khlong Toei, Rat Burana, Yannawa, and Samut Prakan
5. Workshop on Data Analysis and Knowledge Management Reporting, Topic: “Training in Data Analysis and Knowledge Management Reporting for a Happy MEA”
6. Workshop on Designing and Selecting Model Units, Topic: “Design and Selection of Model Units for a Happy MEA”
The project was managed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sirinan Kittisuksathit, with the research team including Assoc. Prof. Dr. Charamporn Holumyong, Ms. Suporn Jaratsit, Dr. Kamolchanok Kamsuwan, Ms. Priya Phloiraya, Ms. Patjanan Siriratmongkhon, Ms. Sakuntala Saengsuwan, Ms. Pornjira Waiwingrob, and Ms. Thanaporn Assawadakorn.
