On July 22, 2025, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pojjana Hunchangsith served as a speaker on the topic “Reduce Sodium, Reduce Risk of Hypertension” in a workshop seminar aimed at gathering stakeholder opinions on the subject of “Developing Tax Measures to Reduce Sodium Consumption through the Design Thinking”
The event provided a platform for both public and private sector stakeholders to share their perspectives through a creative and participatory design-thinking approach. It was held at the Excise Department, with the participation of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sirinya Phulkerd.
The Excise Department will utilize the insights and recommendations collected from this seminar to inform the development of appropriate criteria, methods, and conditions for future tax regulation and collection, aligning with the national health promotion goals.
