On July 22, 2025, Emeritus Prof. Dr. Aphichat Chamratrithirong, Senior Advisor at the Institute for Population and Social Research, Mahidol University, delivered a keynote speech on the topic “Migrants and Cross-Border Labor: Increasing the Population to Cope with an Ageing Society.”
Additionally, Asst. Prof. Dr. Sakkarin Niyomsilpa presented research findings on “International Migration of Thailand” during the 4th session of the “Uniting Thailand to Tackle an Ageing Society Together” forum under the theme “Replacement Migration to Address an Ageing Society: Opportunities and Challenges Awaiting Solutions.” The event was held at the Grand Richmond Hotel, Nonthaburi Province.
