On July 9, 2025, Prof. Dr. Piyamitr Sritara, President of Mahidol University, presented a bouquet and a commemorative gift to congratulate Prof. Dr. Sureeporn Punpuing of the Institute for Population and Social Research during the meeting of the Mahidol University Human Resources Management Committee and the University Council Committee. This occasion celebrated her royal appointment to the academic rank of Professor in the field of Demography. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chalermpol Chamchan, Director of the Institute for Population and Social Research, was also present to offer his congratulations at the Office of the President, Mahidol University.
