From May 30 to June 4, 2025, the Institute for Population and Social Research, Mahidol University, through the Mahidol Migration Center (MMC-JRU), in collaboration with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and Hanyang University, South Korea, organized a training program in South Korea for undergraduate students, law students, and media professionals under the project “Promoting Evidence-Based Migration Discourse and Media Reporting in Thailand.”
The program included site visits to various NGOs working on migrant labor issues. On this occasion, Hanyang University and the Royal Thai Embassy in Seoul warmly welcomed the delegation from Thailand, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sudarat Musikawong of the Institute for Population and Social Research, Mahidol University.
