On August 2, 2024, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., the Institute hosted a signing ceremony for the Memorandum of Agreement between the Institute for Demographic Research – Branch of the Federal Center of Theoretical and Applied Sociology of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Russian Federation, and the Institute for Population and Social Research, Mahidol University. The agreement covers the exchange of academic information. Associate Professor Dr. Chalermpol Chamchan, Director of the Institute for Population and Social Research, and Prof. Dr. Marina N. Khramova, Director of IDR FCTAS RAS, signed the Memorandum of Agreement.
On this occasion, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Artem S. Lukyanets, Deputy Director of Innovation Development at IDR FCTAS RAS; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Roman Manshin, Head of the Migration and Migration Policy Department; Asst. Prof. Dr. Nikita Ryazantsev, Junior Researcher; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jongjit Rittirong, Deputy Director for Research; Asst. Prof. Dr. Dusita Phuengsamran, Deputy Director for International Relations and Organization Communication; and Asst. Prof. Dr. Sakkarin Niyomsilpa also joined the discussion on cooperation and witnessed the ceremony, which took place at the Srabua Room (109), IPSR.
