On December 6, 2023, the Happy University Project, led by the Population and Social Research Institute at Mahidol University and headed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sirinan Kittisuksathit, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Charamporn Holumyong, and Dr. Nucharaporn Liangruenrom, along with the project working group, collaborated with Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University to sign a cooperation agreement. The agreement aims to drive a Memorandum of Understanding on academic cooperation with a strategy to promote an ecological intelligence system, working towards creating a ‘Happiness University’ that evolves into a sustainable health organization. The signing ceremony was honored by the Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University administration team, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kiattisak Suklueng, Assistant Rector of the Academic Department and Assistant Rector for Student Affairs, Director of the Academic Division, and Director of the Buddhist Research Institute. The event included discussions on reviewing the survey on the health of monks in Sangha universities and the role of driving the network of Model Happy Universities in Buddhist universities.
