Fieldwork: Monitoring food and beverage marketing among children in Thailand.

Between November 6 and 26, 2023, sub-activity 5 involved monitoring food and beverage marketing for children in Thailand. This operation is part of a research project led by Dr. Nongnuch Jindarattanaporn at the Institute for Population and Social Research, Mahidol University. The project aims to analyze food management systems for health across the supply chain and implement measures to promote healthy eating among the Thai population. Nineteen interviewers, along with doctoral students in the international program, conducted field data collection in three provinces: Bangkok, Saraburi, and Lampang.
