Training for field data collection practice was conducted as part of a research project aimed at analyzing food management systems for health throughout the supply chain

On November 1, 2023, sub-activity 5 involved monitoring the marketing of food and beverages for children in Thailand. This operation is part of a research project that analyzes food management systems for health throughout the supply chain and measures to promote healthy eating among the Thai population. A training session for field data collection was organized at the Ratchapruek Room (Room 322), 3rd floor of the Institute for Population and Social Research (IPSR) at Mahidol University and at Wat Makluea School in Nakhon Pathom Province.

Dr. Nongnuch Jindarattanaporn served as the training speaker to provide an understanding of the questionnaire before the actual data collection in the field. Nineteen interview staff and two doctoral students at the institute, attended this training.
