On October 12, 2023, the Institute for Population and Social Research, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Charamporn Holamyong, Deputy Director of Planning and Quality Assurance, along with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Teeranong Sakulsri and their group, participated in the alms-giving ceremony and performed merit-making offerings in honor of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, also known as Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great, on the anniversary of his passing (October 13) – “Nawaminthara the Great Day.” The ceremony took place at the President’s Office Building, Mahidol University, Salaya.
